Overdene Chase is a small holding of 8 acres retained for equestrian use. From time to time the land is also used by a local farmer for the grazing of sheep.There are three holiday cottages all self-contained and numbers 2 and 3 have panoramic views out to the east towards the Downs. The patio for number 1 faces west.

On site there is a secure store for bicycles.
