I am an employment law specialist solicitor who provides support and solutions for employers and employees who are having difficulties at work.
It is not just about the law and legal aspects but about helping to deal with the mental, emotional and physical aspects of resolving problems at work.
Things don’t need to have escalated into a full claim in the Employment Tribunal in order to seek advice and assistance, and in fact I encourage clients to get help at an early stage. Often matters can be resolved quickly and fairly painlessly if caught early enough.
