The Enchanted Manor reach British Sandwich designer finals

I am so excited and pleased to announce that I have reached the S.E UK finals for

British Sandwich Designer of the year , organized by the British Sandwich association

I am so surprised as only entered as we are launching our new Bread and butterfly high teas in the Spring and have been practicing making innovative sandwiches and didn’t think for one moment that I would reach this stage, and it came as a great surprise, especially being up against all the top London and SE UK sandwich bars and cafes !

We are refurbishing the dining room to match the theme with hand carved butterfly place mats and trees etc.. , so will be a lovely surroundings to enjoy something unique.

We also intend to extend the tea garden in our woodland once we have built our fairytale cottage, which is in progress and create something unique, but unfortunately the weather has been against us, but we are not giving up and should be ready for the summer !
