Back in 2015, Rebecca was nominated for the Customer Service award and this is what she had to say

I am delighted to announce that today, Rebecca of Bebe'cinno, baby cafe,  won The grand final of the Venus awards in the customer service section.

We are very proud of her and her business she has just celebrated the first birthday of Bebe'cinno,

 a baby cafe where mothers and fathers, grannies and grandads can find an amazing place for their children and grandchildren to play and where they can meet new friends and share experiences without being judged.  It hasn't been an easy ride for Rebecca.  Running a business has many pitfalls but Rebecca has overcome them all and today has been justly rewarded for the wonderful customer service she delivers to her customers I am very proud to have Rebecca in our group and look forward to our next networking meeting in the cafe. Well done Rebecca and your team for your  award, justly won and rightly deserved.  Keep up the good work.
